Trovatino Desserts provides Trovatino Café with all their gelato and desserts and also provides to other cafes and restaurants across Sydney.

For over 20 years Trovatino is loved for its great coffee, desserts, gelato, breakfasts and lunches amongst the locals, their family and friends.

Trovatino Desserts utilises simple ingredients and traditional methods. Every flavour you see is made using a unique recipe created by them. They use quality ingredients from Australia and Italy.

They make all our gelato inhouse, starting with Australian raw ingredients, fresh fruit, whole nuts and the best milk and cream can source. In their stores, you’ll find a 24 flavour cabinet. Also, they make their own range of gelato cakes which can be picked up or ordered from their store.

Additionally, they are one of the few gelaterias serving Sicilian-style granitas (a slushy-style crushed-ice dessert). They’re ubiquitous in Southern Italy; some people even eat it for breakfast with a brioche in the morning and a bit of panna (cream). Otherwise, you can try the ultimate summer refresher, the gassosa, which is a glass of mineral water mixed with a dollop of lemon granita.

You can also grab a quick coffee. The pastas and salads are favourites amongst patrons. Meanwhile, for dessert you will be spoilt for choice, with homemade pastries, tiramisus and gelatos on the menu. Treat yourself.
